There are a bunch of works outs given. However, there isn’t a plan or anything that say start with this then do this. For example, calisthenics and weight loss groups, do both in same day? Which order? What about the 7 min workout group? It’s clear as mud. Asked a question on Facebook messenger, no response.

Be careful with application as interface is not developed, exercise program disappears next day of usage. Some buttons are shifted and you cannot press them, or when you press them they take you to a different exercise program. It’s just that someone “made” an application to withdraw money for a low-quality product!

I join the lifetime membership option, last week to do the 28 home workout. The app is giving me exercises as if I’m in a gym and not at home. Every time I try to adjust the workout it defaults to a gym workout with weights and gym equipment which I do not have. Please refund my membership!

Had a couple of issues with the app displaying graphics on iOS. The graphics zoom in when scrolling left and right between the work out choices making it annoying from a user interface standpoint. The “info” button during the workout session sometimes does not match what the workout is about. The user should know about switching left to right sides because the workouts are biased right sided. Wish there was a small trial or try out period before committing the user to buy. Other apps such as Fitness Plus is cheaper year round and offers a far better quality workout for iOS users.
