the voice timing needs to be adjusted a bit and you should add a "good, stop" or "done" or "time" when time is up, but those are minor things, this app is fantastic. best free cardio app out there and I've tried many.

Love how you can adjust the time and difficulty and there is a lot of flexibility and options. I'm not big on using equipment and love pushing reps by time limits. I've only used or for a week, but I've used a few other apps and this is by far my favorite! And the price is right too 😉

The light cardio setting is absolutely perfect for a beginner looking to get a bit in shape. And it's absolutely free! No subscriptions, no premium features, nothing. It has adds thought, but they have to make money somehow.

There's something hugely motivational in picking a plan and a time and getting a workout in, particularly after a weights session as a warm down. Nice, simple to use and getting you to rate difficulty after each workout ensures progression.

I finally made it through my first month of regular workout and this app helped a lot. I am increasing time and difficulty, am seeing improvements in my health and body. Not boring at all.

So far, I've done the 5 minute HIIT training only, and that has worked well, and suited me rather nicely. The SW has worked flawlessly and exercises have been very useful. So far, so good!
