Cardiac coherence helped me so much!
I didn’t know about cardiac coherence and read an article about it then downloaded this app. It really helps me when I feel anxious or stressed, I take 3min and do some of the exercises that the app recommend. I can’t recommend this app enough, it made a big change in my life

So… I’ve tried a couple of breathing apps so far because I get anxious from time to time. Nothing really helped until I discovered this app. I usually never leave reviews on the AppStore but this app totally deserves 5 stars. I do it for 1 minute everyday and it really helps me in a lot of ways. Thanks to the developers for this app!
Simple, yet effective.
Wonderful app to reconnect with your breath. The gentle “tapping” of the phone on each inhale & exhale allows for you to close your eyes and go deeper with your practice.
