Way to Wellness

The Way to Wellness app connects you with your individually tailored wellness plan. Receive daily meal planning, exercise guidance, lifestyle modification support and motivation.  All of this is part of your comprehensive personalized assessments and consultations included in the various Way to Wellness plans.  

As a Way to Wellness patient, you will receive the specific content of your custom wellness plan in the app. All the same content as our desktop browser version but with the mobile freedom to access anywhere.  Track your progress including calories, activities, body metrics, steps, water, and sleep in an interface shared with Crystal Ricciardi and her team of Way to Wellness providers. Communicate with your Way to Wellness team in real-time through personal journals and direct private messages. The Way to Wellness app is integrated with the Apple Health Kit. Choose to share your steps, exercise minutes and other parameters directly with our app by turning on the Apple Health device integration in the Settings of your account.

Intuitive Design

The app is designed specifically for Way to Wellness clients and you can't use the app unless you're a Way to Wellness client already in our care. Visit www.waytowellness.health to learn how our expert team and wellness plans can help you reach your goals.  Use the app on your iPhone or iPad. The Way to Wellness app uses an admin web-based portal where they can tailor the program to your needs, monitor your progress, and communicate directly.
