WAVE Cycle is an indoor cycling studio located in the heart of Newport RI.  Our signature class, WAVE RIDE, is a full 45 minute indoor cycling class combining rhythm-based choreography, high intensity intervals and light upper body strength training. Every ride is a unique experience where music and movement come together to push you mentally and physically. You are in control of the intensity from start to finish! From the minute you walk through our doors, expect unrivaled service that strives to help you accomplish your goals and feel your absolute best!
