I don’t drink enough the keep me hydrated in the winter so downloading this app to help me track it has been amazing! I’m able to see on the daily where I’m at and drink more water if needed. Accountability is key! And I didn’t know all liquids count to keep you hydrated so I learned something new too!
Keeps me motivated
For a very long time, I have been looking for ways to help me be reminded to drink water, of all the apps I’ve tried, this is a really great app. I like that you get awards as well. I’ve been using this app for almost 3 days, and it’s really been helping. I didn’t know that you should drink water every two hours. I’m definitely keeping this app, I would recommend this to anyone.
