High intensity workouts offer so many advantages in the world of fitness. uTimer Watch helps you have full control over your interval training through the different types of timers that will adapt to what you need in each of your sessions. You will have all the information you need on your wrist. You will control the minutes, seconds and rounds of your workouts in a simple and audible way. Through the vibrations of your Apple Watch and our voice assistant you will know at all times when you should train, rest, change rounds or when the session is over. You can use it both in the gym, outdoors or at home. Interval workouts are limitless and can be done almost anywhere with uTimer Watch. TABATA AND HIIT INTERVAL TIMER This may be one of the most used features of uTimer Watch. Since interval training activates your metabolism and helps you get more results in less time. These are workouts that alternate short intervals with times of high intensity workouts and recovery breaks. With the PRO option, you can create your custom interval timers indicating the times you want, as well as the number of rounds and cycles. In uTimer Watch you will see: * Total rounds and Hiit or Tabata earrings * Total circuits and slopes Hiit or Tabata * Total training time Hiit or Tabata * Part time of each Hiit or Tabata workout ROUND TIMER This timing of rounds is very similar to that of intervals, but you will only have available to configure the total of rounds. The difference is that it does not include cycles. This stopwatch can be very useful as a boxing timer in which you can set the different rounds and it will alert you with a sound when you reach the end of each round. CHRONOMETER On the stopwatch, you can see the training time. By default, it is 1 minute and it will restart each time for the same time. Although with the advanced functionalities of the PRO version you will be able to create timers adapted to your needs. COUNTDOWN See the remaining time you have to finish the exercise. The countdown function is set to 1 minute by default. INTERVAL TIMER PREMIUM FEATURES The free version integrates an interval timer in each predetermined section. To have all the flexibility you want, we recommend that you subscribe to the premium version for life. In it you can create as many custom interval timers as you like. You can set your own interval timer by setting: * Preparation time * Training time * Break * Total rounds * Total circuits * Rest between circuits We use the HealthKit API to enable the trainning mode.
