I’d love more control for a minute by minute customization rather than the preset blocks. But other than that it works great.

I enjoy the visuals - telling you when to shift. Let’s you get more lost in your music without needing to keep checking. Also large enough I don’t need to wear my glasses! I can choose the workout based on how much time I have or can spend. Just the right amount of prompting without distraction.
Follow Up to Just the app I was looking for
I have been using this app for over a month now and it is still my favorite app to use with my Schwinn IC4. Its simple to use and offers many workouts. I am primarily using the HIT workouts which are too hard for me to meet the goals set out. So,I self modify with the hope of reaching the goals set in the work out. I do wish the app would link with a Garmin watch. Overall I love it!

I have been looking for a cycling app to use with my Schwinn IC4 indoor bike.I tried Zwift, FulGaz, Rouzy. I new I did not want Peleton. I am not interested in having a live trainer. I was looking for visual graphs and charts. This app does just that. While I could not get the app to connect with the IC4 console, I could adjust the app’s stat readings to correspond with the console readings. This made it easy to compare the two to see if I was meeting goals during the workout. I tried to connect my Garmin watch to the app, but could not. I would like the app to connect with the watch so I can at least monitor my heart rate through the Garmin watch. I have a heart rate monitor that came with the IC4 that connected to the app, so I wore that. It would also be great to connect the app with the Garmin where I track my workouts. Overall I am very happy...finally!!!

For people who train with a bluetooth heart rate monitor (but without Apple Health), you can now view your heart rate and calorie data in the Workout History section after your workouts. v3.3.0
