Abby, I adore you girl! You did it! This app is wonderful and your energy and realness unmatched! I absolutely love the complete and fast workouts, the fact that the music is clean, you dont curse, you do the workouts with us! And I feel completely comfortable with my little ones being around while I exercise! Thank you for your approach of “less is more”, it had changed my perspective on so many thing included of course working out. Versatile
I love this app because it allows you to sub in other workouts into the programs. For example I like to run so there are your main workouts for the week then a few optional workouts where you can do your own thing if you want (runs, Pilates, yoga, exc.) I love that flexibility.
Best Workout Class I Have Found. Must Try For Yourself.
I have tried many different workout apps, youtube follow alongs, and even in person classes. None of them really stuck with me so I just focused on my running. I knew I needed to get some full body workouts in, but I like following along with someone because I really don’t know what I am doing. I have to say, this is the best classes I have found. I Knew my full body needed some coordinating and strengthening but WOW this app and the workouts are working so well. Even just one of her 30 min workout gets me so sweaty and feeling good. First time I tried I was very impressed with how sore (in a good way) I was the next day. I cancelled all of my in person workout classes and will continue with this app only. The way Abby explains everything is spot on. Loved everything about the workout. Abby, You are very inspiring. Thank you for creating this app.

I love the app! I just wish we could watch the video or have workouts written out so we can still listen to music and workout on our phone
Awesome Workouts!
I really enjoy the variety that is in the app. Simple to navigate, can find just about anything, and pretty convenient. I enjoy that the challenges are listed in weeks and easy for me to find to complete. Would recommend to anyone no matter their fitness level
