New Update prevents screen rotate on iPad
Love the app and the new look but for some reason, it does not rotate anymore when viewing in landscape mode. Videos will play in landscape mode but the app itself wont rotate.

I love this app, I love every class, and have totally seen a difference. I wish the app would be able to rotate on the iPad screen and the full screen function does not work either.

This is not a reflection of the classes, love them! But the most recent update to the app has made it unusable, as the app and videos won’t rotate or show in full screen. I’ve had to completely stop using the app at this point, and can only stream the videos comfortably off the website. I hope they revert at least these aspects off the app so we can use it again!

Not a fan of the recent update. I can’t get it to full screen or go in landscape mode, which is pretty much necessary to watch a class. I used to use this app on my iPad while I travel, but the latest update has made it almost impossible to use.

In shock of how bad the customer service is. I requested to cancel my auto-renewal 2 days after I was charged (swearrr I unselected auto-renewal upon first signing up but that’s a story for another time), and not only did they refuse to refund me, but the customer service was the worst I’ve ever experienced. This just tells me that the entire business model is built off of people forgetting to cancel their subscription renewals as no reputable brand would allow their customer service to act this way. Also any brand confident in their worth wouldn’t hold their customers payments against their will. Also in terms of the app and its features itself- would say it’s definitely not worth it (hence my trying to cancel). There aren’t as many new classes as I had hoped so I ended up doing the same workouts and stopping after a few months. Not worth the cost or phone storage, especially when you can access this all plus more on YouTube.
