I’m obsessed with this app. I love everything it stands for and all that it accomplishes. I use it to learn all different kinds of aspects of my health from movement to beam work to breathing and the thought processes behind what it means to be healthy. My favorite part is the community and how everyone has a common goal to learn more and become healthier each day. For me it’s always been about the journey and taking things one step at a time. TFC understands that so well and promotes that type of progress and learning. Excited for all the new content and updates to come, thank you TFC!

I love the education that TFC shares on IG, and it’s so helpful to have it organized all in one easy and searchable platform. The app had its bugs when it started a while back, and it keeps improving and getting better. They also have a huge network of health experts (Foot Nerds) that you can reach out to!

Awesome knowledge database for those looking to take responsibility for their health. The feet are the foundation of the human body but they are often neglected by most conventional health practitioners. TFC combats this by providing much needed information about this neglected area to the public through this app, as well as practicing a foundational approach to whole body movement and health.
