Useless App! Wish the videos worked.
I love the information & idea of this app BUT after having it for several years the videos do not work at all anymore. It’s poorly designed & it doesn’t look like the content creator has any intention of addressing the issues with it. Waste of money!
Buffering is a real problem
I love the content but an 8 minute video takes 20 minutes to watch because of buffering. That’s a no go for me.
Exactly what I needed!
I have been struggling with chronic back, neck, and shoulder pain for years now, in addition to suffering from chronic migraines. I started going to a good chiropractor, which helped, but I couldn’t seem to grasp how to stay in “good posture”. Over the years, I’ve practiced yoga, tried Pilates, and worked with personal trainers with some success, but keeping consistently healthy posture continued to allude me and I continued to experience chronic tension in my upper back and neck, and the pain in my right shoulder continued to get worse. I’ve been wanting to work with someone to help me specifically with improving my posture for a while now, and when I came across this app, I figured I had nothing to lose. The price was very affordable for my tight budget, so I decided to give it a try. I’m on Day 22 and I am beyond grateful for this app! It is helping me in exactly the ways I needed! The videos are short, which makes it easy for me to watch them and do the exercises before work in the morning. In addition to the fact that the stretches and exercises are simple and VERY effective, she does an incredible job of teaching about the many ways people can work on improving their alignment in day-to-day life. I now have an understanding about WHY I’ve struggled to keep healthy posture my whole life, realizing that I’ve been over-straining the muscles in my neck and shoulders and I haven’t paid enough attention to strengthening my torso, back, and legs. This woman, the instructor, teaches about posture brilliantly, concisely, and in a way that’s easy to learn and follow. I cannot recommend this app enough to anyone who has struggled with back pain, shoulder pain, neck pain, migraines, or even for someone who just wants to improve their overall alignment and posture. I am so thankful for this app!!!!!

Great content and I like how it only takes less than ten minutes per day but I wish there was a way to keep track of days completed.

This series is excellent both in information, and in the delivery of that information. Clear and to the point. The exercises have really worked for me. Better posture for sure, but also freer movement, and less pain in my shoulders.

I watched Michelle on you tube and on several news channels. I have ordered her DVD's but sometimes my computer just doesn't cooperate when I have limited time to exercise. This is the answer! I am recently retired from 39 years of teaching art and am a professional painter. Your exercises not only help with posture but with wrist pain, neck pain, shoulder pain and pain going down your arm into your fingers. Anyone that is on a computer, uses a mouse extensively, uses an iPad, smartphone, teaches, sits at a desk or any type of repetitive movement hand or wrist needs this app. Thank you Michelle.
