Now you may be wondering why jump rope?
You could be doing a million different types of functional exercise, so why throw jump rope in the mix?

One word. Efficiency.

Looking for the perfect beginner jump rope workout routine? You've found it. Let us show you how to get started with your jump rope training journey the right way.
Burn calories fast with this jump rope express workout that sculpts your shoulders, chest, arms, and legs.

Why to jump with skipping rope and what are the health benefits? Rope skipping belongs to fitness activities which help you burn more calories than running.

While other fitness tools take up space or are too heavy for transferring-for example in a sport bag, the skipping rope can be carried everywhere. When jumping on a skipping rope, there is a perfect coordination of arms and legs, which is beneficial in many other areas.

Needs a little work

I love this app but hate the fact you can’t listen to music while trying to workout. Also it would be nice to have the app talk back to you as a guide throughout workouts. I constantly have to look at the phone to see what’s coming up next.

Good for scheduling

Pretty good app to keep you on a basic jump rope schedule

Has potential

I’m pretty frustrated with the custom portion. I want to break up one movement in many rounds, but custom won’t allow it. Also, there’s no way to delete your custom exercise from your page once it’s made.

Please fix audio playback issue

Whenever a user tries to listen to music or a podcast while using this app the audio feed from other apps get disabled. If the user tries to start a timer within the app and then starts music or podcast playback the audio for the timers gets disabled. This is pretty frustrating because naturally some users want to be able to listen to music simultaneously while going through a workout session and the ability to do that is hindered. I liked this app because it’s simple and has a calendar so I could keep track of the consecutive days of my workouts and let’s me know when my rest days are. Unfortunately those workouts don’t get logged with Apple HealthKit so outside of the basic calendar view you get no data from your workout. If these issues were resolved I’d upgrade to the premium version. Until then I’ve gone back to just using the default Apple timer app.
