Great for older devices
This works well on my almost vintage device. Older or lower IOS wouldn't allow many other Timers, yet this one works fine.

I “bought” this app because the description says it work on Apple Watch, but, simply put, it doesn’t. Perhaps this is an outdated description. As far as tracking intervals, it does just as well as other Tabata apps. There didn’t seem to be anything special about this app.
LOVE the ease of this app!
I really struggle with staying on an exercise program, BUT I can do just about anything for 2-5 minutes! The fact that I’m going ‘all out’ for just 20 seconds, than able to rest and repeat for JUST 8 rounds actually gives me a ‘sweaty workout’. When I attempt a ‘normal’ 20 minute elliptical I don’t push myself like I do with this Tabata theory (short bursts of intensity then ability to compose to go all out again and again). I’m a proponent of ‘Tiny Habits’ (the way to make new habits is with just starting with the smallest attempt that’s ‘anchored’ to another automatic habit ... ‘After I brush my teeth I floss JUST ONE TOOTH’...etc) So this app fits my sensibilities in ‘just do SOMETHING’. And obviously the goal is to do more, but this app could be your ticket to starting a new exercise routine too! And this app makes it soooo easy...great visuals, great sound and .... on and on. (Dear developer, please keep this up to date with each new iOS...I’d be willing to pay for a subscription!) Thank you developer! Try it, it works!

Not great for watch
The watch portion, which is what I really wanted, does not change the title when it switches from Work to Rest. I want to use it for running, so I need to know if I should be running or walking. Also, couldn’t get haptic notification to switch modes.
