This app doesn’t work for any of my team mates. None of us can log in

It does not work, when I try to sign in it says error signing in. This is for a good cause but it’s hard to log your steps if the app doesn’t work. What’s the point of the app. I literally have to change my password then I let’s me in. Once I go to a different screen on my phone and try to go back to the app it says error signing in. This has happened 5 times. Please fix the app.

The app only allows Apple and Fitbit connection. Ok, then I tried Apple, the second day, it prevent me from adding any steps or activity, saying that step logging is not enabled and asked me to check back when event is active. But isn’t the event for September? And it’s already 4th of September? Ridiculous. If the app can track or even log your steps, why would we use it? I probably will give up joining this STEPtember event, just due to the bad app.

Keeps logging me out and now it’s recorded my steps twice. Terrible app.

I’ve tried logging in to the app on both of my phones as well as my partner’s phone but just get an error saying “Server response is malformed or could not be parsed”. I raised a support ticket last week but have heard nothing from it.
