KYC update does not complete successfully, tried multiple times on different days still does not work Does not allow Top Up option
Not able to upload claim documents
Major functionality is not working I am unable to upload documents using this app. It shows a blank screen when i click upload document button. Without this function , this app is totally useless
Good app but some functionality not working
Overall a nice user friendly app but I am unable to upload claim documents through this app. When I click on upload document button , it shows a blank loading screen which is not getting loaded My phone : iphone 15 pro max
App or full site has performance issues
Both channels has performance issues and unable to make insurance renewals. Worse UI and the star spinner for every transaction.
Worst app
The app doesn’t allow me to make payment both on web/app, don’t the reason what the message is being shown is contact local branch. What is wrong with the company why the app is not allowing to make a payment? I would never suggest anyone to take a policy from star health. I have been paying you the premium from 7 years and post making purchase of multiple policies this is the most best experience I have ever received. All you care about is just selling the policy and making money out of it
Need improvement- Timezone issue
Hello team, the app looks good, but there's an issue with the time zone—it always defaults to IST. For example, if I'm in the USA, the time zone is still set to IST, preventing me from entering my wellness details accurately. Please fix the time zone problem.
