Spark Direct by Big Health

Spark Direct is a five-week program designed to support teens and young adults who are experiencing signs of depression, including feelings of isolation, sadness, and hopelessness. Developed with leading experts in adolescent psychology and co-designed with teens, the Spark Direct program moves users through a combination of psychoeducation and interactive exercises, where they can gain insights about their mood, emotions, and behavior.
