I like the songs but there is no option the loop the music on repeat! I hope they add this feature in the next update! Otherwise, a fantastic selection of nature sounds and music!

This is one of the best sleep mediation apps I have found due to that you are able to add sounds to the standard sounds already set out before you for example I go with the Night-Time one but I also add a little bit of rain sound do you like also and a little bit of something else depending on a full sleep mood I am, that is a great feature to the app as we all need a different sound to fall asleep to we are all individual different

I listen to a recording every night. I have always had trouble fall asleep, but listening to the soothing voice and music puts me to sleep within 15 minutes usually. I am never awake to hear the whole recording. It is recommended to listen with earphones,.
