I like choosing my own sleep sounds and that seems to no longer be an option. I’d rather not be forced to listen to the sounds that a computer generation outputs for me.

One of my top apps on my phone, I've downloaded it to all my gadgets. It's amazing how it's not only simple and aesthetically pleasant but when they make an upgrade it gets even better and they imporve the app pretty often. I love the daily quotes, I use breathing and sleep sounds with stories at the bedtime. it's relaxing. I'm a happy app user 😃

I like this app because sometimes all you need is some nature sounds. Not music. Not guided meditation. Just nature. And it has a plenty of them. It's perfect for sleeping as well as getting you into that mental state of flow where you achieve the best results at work.

I've been using this app for months. I started using it because my favorite sound machine broke and I like to fall asleep with a bit of background noise. This fit the bill and provided so much more. Now, it offers even more functionality to assist with breathing exercises and have a great sleep stories.
