I love it!
I love this app, it helps you get so much better sleep and it helps you have a great mindset as well. High quality app, allows you to write down your mood, thoughts, and it let’s you listen to really nice sounding meditation videos.

Fantastic. Beats many other apps.
High quality recordings and an easy to use interface without any bloat or need to worry about purchasing anything is what really makes this app great. Would easily recommend to anyone. The exercises work. Students stressed about tests or anything like that - look no further. Can't wait to see more exercises added in future updates.
