Great guidance & background sounds & music, which, at times, seems a bit loud & competes with the spoken meditations. The IOS/iPad version is a better app. I also have the Android version, which doesn’t allow downloads, so you always have to have WiFi to access the meditations. Also, it doesn’t allow you to mark meditations as favorites.

Dr Dilullo’s pointers are the most incisive and potent non-dual awareness pointers that I have encountered thus far. This collection of what is now over 60 meditations is such a gift. The app is great and works without issue for me. Heartfelt thanks to Dr. Dilullo and the developer.

This is not an app that teaches meditation, and I wouldn’t recommend this app for beginning meditators. Some skill and experience in meditation are needed to be able to take advantage of what’s being offered here… …which is a direct dive into nondual awareness in plain, simple language, devoid of the mystical baggage and jargon that usually accompanies such explorations. Thank you for this app!
