The app is okay and certainly better than the web-based environment but I consistently receive errors when trying to log in.

I love using apps. I prefer it for my online shopping. This one needs some lovin though. It could be great! Please take the time and resources to get it there.

Too many times of not being able to login.I like the app when it is working but too many times it will kick me out I go to log back in I receive “server request fail”. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app to no avail. You need to fix this issue.

I am an IC and I haven’t been able to access my account on this app for about three days. When I attempt to login it gives me an error message that says “server request failed”. It also gives me this pop up when I try to login as a guest so it is the app that is the issue. I am able to login on a desktop, but don’t always have access to it which makes it very inconvenient. The app also crashes and freezes often. I’d delete it if I weren’t an IC. PLEASE FIX THIS!

I love Arbonne products but this app is just terrible. It’s constantly down and the website isn’t very compatible with Safari but my iPhone. Come on Arbonne, your products are expensive enough to create a better app.

This app needs JESUS!! App freezes. Crashes. Please have your Product team look at this. I was in the middle of placing a large order and the screen just froze and closed out. This was the second time. Don’t have the energy or the orients to try again. Very frustrating. You have a great product. I mean GREAT. Shouldn’t be this hard to shop and purchase. It’s 2020. People are shopping from their phones. Make it easy. App also deleted my credit card info that is usually saved. GET APPLE PAY!
