Sauna 85

Sauna 85 is a mobile sauna accommodating 20 people, offering SaunaGus experiences in Copenhagen. Guests can book individual tickets or rent the entire sauna for events. Sauna 85 aims to provide a break from daily life, allowing guests to enjoy warmth, cold, and the scent of essential oils—a forced meditation where body and mind speak the same language.
The mission is to be a positive boost for guests' health, stress levels, mental well-being, and overall joy in life. Sauna 85 was founded to share the benefits experienced by the founders.

Sauna 85 aims to bring SaunaGus closer to everyone by making sauna access easier without requiring membership. Booking a SaunaGus is simple through their calendar, available whenever and wherever suits the guests. They strive to be present throughout Copenhagen, currently in Sydhavn. 

Saunagus has personally provided numerous benefits, creating mental peace by allowing thoughts to flow freely and enhancing mental capacity. The combination of heat, cold, scents, and music creates a pause from the stress of everyday life, offering a safe space in full connection with one's body.

For the founders, Saunagus has been one of life's greatest gifts, motivating them to start Sauna 85. Jonas, the Gusmester (SaunaGus master), has practiced Saunagus for 8 years, serving as a Gusmester for over 3 years.
