The worst possible implementation. Almost impressively bad.
This is the worst possible app for the use case, but apparently “the best option” for personal trainers. Someone please please develop a basic app that is a native app and not a badly designed shim over for a poorly designed web UI and put these people of out my misery! The problem here is that this company does not market to the actual end user. They market to the trainers themselves. So as a person using the app you have no choice on app, which means the developers do not care about your experience. They will milk this as far as they can and make no actual improvements. As such … if you are forced to use this fetid pile of technical manure by your personal trainer in order to schedule sessions … be prepared to curse silently under your breathe every time you launch this pathetic garbage app. My heart goes out to you! Stay strong!

App takes forever to load. Not user friendly at all. I went to my gym and couldn’t enter because the app crashed and only shows me a blank white screen. after updating the app, deleting it, and reinstalling it. Same blank white screen. Very disappointed!

Do not join a gym that uses this app. The app makes it very easy to start a membership but provides literally no way to cancel your membership. They tell you to contact the gym to cancel. The gym will not answer emails, and when I finally got a hold of someone on the phone they told me I had to MAIL A CANCELLATION LETTER. The system is clearly designed to exploit people and make it difficult to stop giving them money. Very scummy.

Was last updated 5 years ago and is designed for the screen size of an iPhone 5. Always signs you out, it’s beyond comprehension that my gym uses this dumpster fire.
