Relax Soothe Sleep

If you’re like most parents, you probably have a child that has a sleep problem. Your child may be unable to sleep alone in their own bed, may take a long time to fall asleep, or not sleeping well for some other reason. This app is designed to teach you and your child some helpful strategies through a series of fun lessons, videos, and exercises. In the “Parent’ section, you will learn about your child’s sleep habits, and your child will also have an opportunity to concurrently learn about improving their sleep in a separate “Child” section.  The app will allow you to keep track of your child’s progress as well as encourage you to work together.  Remember, when your child sleeps well, they will have more energy and are more fun to be around.
