On any other app you can do as much in 1-click but it takes 3 in this app. So many necessary clicks. Constant logging out. How about FaceID to login instead of a password. every. single. time.

Crashes at least once each time I use the app, sometimes multiple times a session. Logging back in is a chore each time it crashes. The videos are tedious and silly. They could give you a text to read, but instead force you to endure the videos. Every action requires at least two taps, sometimes three or more. Really, this is one of the worst apps I have ever used. I would have deleted it long ago but my employer forces me to use this one to “earn” the money they hold back from my salary. So they just updated the app, and now it CRASHES EVEN MORE!! I’ve lost count how many times it has crashed. We aren’t users—we’re unpaid beta testers.
