Helpful and the features are great for a free app with no ads The games they offer for distraction when you’re having a craving are fun and help you get past moments of uncertainty. I set my quit date and I haven’t smoked in 4 days and I’ve had a grip on cravings because I choose to use the app as support rather than just ignoring the alerts and check-ins.
