After creating your individual training plan our trainer will provide you with exercises in the system so you will have access to your exercises handily and mobile available.

Also, you will have your body values and data inside the app, so you can easily keep track of your personal progress. From strength training to cardio, nutrition and appointment booking - our app functions as your personal trainer who constantly supports and motivates you.

You can sync this app with Apple Health App. If you enable this connection, any workout in the Health app with automatically be added to your Activity Calendar.
