POWER & ENDURANCE TRAINING consists of bodyweight exercises (push ups, sit ups, pull ups and squats) you can do anywhere without needing any special equipment. This training program is going to increase your repetition counts to extreme levels (100 consecutive push ups, 200 consecutive sit ups, 20 consecutive pull ups, 200 consecutive squats) and you are going to build unbelievable explosive power and endurance. It will increase your strength too, by building your fast twitch muscle fibers, but the main purpose of this program is POWER and ENDURANCE. You are going to build lean muscle without bulk and after the program, you are not going to believe your body's shape. Just follow the instructions for 6 weeks, don't give up and have fun!
No Frills - Thankfully
I was looking for a simple push/pull app to motivate me. I’m in decent shape, but at 52, I’m trying to put down the heavy weights and focus more on mobility and body weight exercises. Pros: no “in app purchases” Super simple interface Progressive Cons Timer is useless, unless you just want to see how long your workout is in total. Directions are non-existent, but unless you’ve never worked out in your life, it makes sense. I picked all 4 exercises - so the way to do it is to cycle through them. Do the first set of assigned number of push-ups first, then sit-ups, then squats, then pull-ups. Then do the 2nd set of assigned push-ups…. It makes for 5 sets of four exercises, which is perfect for me.

Not sure what to do. There is a timer that starts and a list of numbers with check boxes. If there were some type of instructions this would be a great app!

Good idea but no guidance on rest periods between sets and excercises or what the timer is for, which makes it useless to me.
