In this app, we've implemented a display by day, week, month, and year to clearly show you your results.

You can create any type of exercise, with a regular or interval timer, with or without rest intervals, as you like.

You can enter a missed workout in a special section using the desired type, start date and duration. 

If you're losing or gaining weight, add the desired activity, set notifications, and record your results in the comments.
