Don’t waste your time or money
This app is horrible. Same workout repeatedly and I asked for a wall @Pilates plan and now am stuck with something else as you can’t view other plans once you start one. The challenges are weak and if you miss a day you can’t access that day. I have a physically demanding job so don’t work out everyday so have missed some challenge days. Do not recommend.
