* INCLUSIVE * PRIVATE * NO ADS * Period app is designed for people who bleed and those who don't. We don't collect any personal data. We don't even ask you to create an account. Your data is private. It stays on your phone, in your pocket or purse. We offer an optional subscription service using Sign in with Apple if you want to store your data to our secure cloud and sync it across devices, which is great should anything happen to your iPhone or iPad. Use Period to track all the things: menstrual flow, cycle length, tampon, pad, cup, discharge, feeling, physical (including cramps and hot flash), sex & libido, hormone (estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone), temperature, weight, test (either ovulation or pregnancy), pill, ring, patch, IUD, birth control implant, and injection. You can even take notes. Create your own entry types and track whatever you want when you subscribe. You name it and choose an icon. Both custom and basic entry types also come with a notes field so you can add all the details you want. Subscriptions are $8.99/year with a 7-day free trial. Period is integrated with the Apple Health app. Connecting to Apple Health allows you to import period and related data into Period, and vice versa. It's a great way to get the most out of both apps. Set up reminders to change your tampon, take a daily pill, remember your hormones--whatever you want. You can also set reminders when you're expecting to ovulate or welcome your next period. Hello! Add widgets to your Home screen to see when your period is due, get reminders, see a 2-week calendar, or just know how many days you are into your cycle. Choose to direct message with friends and family, and if you're so inclined automatically alert them when you start your period. Why not find out if y'all are cycling together? Use Period to: * track physical and emotional changes * remember to take pills, replace patches--anything you want * figure out when your period will show up next * determine how regular your periods are * recognize if your periods are on the heavy side * track a contraceptive ring like Nuva Ring, a birth control pill, or a patch * monitor your basal body temperature, discharge, or LH to know when you're ovulating * find patterns so you can know yourself better We also support Dark Mode if that's your thing. To make it easy to get started, you can import a .csv file. You can also export all your data because, well, it's your data. Period app is easy to try--no account needed. Amazing
I love this app it tells me when my next period is and how long it will be I just started using it a while ago!
Great app!
I’m nonbinary and use this app to track my cycle until I get back on my hormones. I love that this app is not gendered and is so easy to use. Thank you for not coding everything pink!
Simple and easy
I have an irregular cycle so its SO nice to add custom dates for notifications. They let you pick to be notified a week, 2 days, 1 day, etc. before your period and I LOVE IT!!!! :) And its simple, no intrusive ads, etc.
Deletes period days
Every time I open the app, one of my period days is missing which ruins the cycle tracking part. I have to repeatedly gone back to mark the same day just to find it unchecked next time I use the app. Now it’s unchecking two days—including the start day—which is making it very confusing. I’ve only used during one cycle so far and can’t imagine how confusing it would be after several cycles with missing days. Bummer!
Great for beginners
Got this app right after I got my first period at 11. Really great for beginners, and doesn’t get confusing when your cycle is irregular, unlike Apple Health.
