Yoga sequences are built around and poses are recommended based on the class level and peak pose that you choose. Choose Class Level: Begin by selecting the level of class, either Beginner or Intermediate +, for which you want to create a sequence. Select Peak Pose: Once you select a class level, a filtered list of peak poses will display appropriate for that level. Build Your Sequence: Recommended poses are provided in warm-up, standing and balance, backbends, seated and cool down categories based on the selected pose and class level. There are more poses in each category than you would use in one sequence to allow you to create several yoga sequences for each pose. Save and Print The yoga sequences you create can then be printed, saved, edited and deleted. __________ Peak Pose Premium Membership This app contains free content but requires a subscription to unlock some of the content. Premium membership is charged on a monthly or annual basis. As a Premium Member, you will have full access to all premium poses. A full subscription is just $2.99 USD per month or $29.99 USD per year. The payment will be charged to your iTunes account. Your membership automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal date. If you cancel your subscription, you will no longer have access to sequences created with premium poses. Sequences created with free content will still be available in your account. You can restore your premium poses and sequences at any time by resubscribing. Pretty worthless
There are only a handful of poses, even with the premium version. You have the option to just add a blank space “teachers choice” but can’t edit it. When you’re done building the sequence all you can do is print it. Useless and expensive.

Not truly free. Most content locked. Forces you to create a profile. And every time I click something it takes me out of the app and into my browser. 🙄. So frustrating. I’m not paying for such a poor design and interface.

Peak pose is an incredible resource created by an educated and thoughtful being. I have found Peak Poss to be a very resourceful tool to build sequences for my practice. As a teacher, I typically like to create sequences for each class in order to offer students a dynamic practice with variability. Peak pose allows me to achieve that goal. Not only can I create a variety of sequences in a safe way, the tool affords the support to save and interchange poses. Thank you peak pose. 💕🙌🙏

I just started using Peak Pose, and although I agree that this is a must have tool for new teachers, I find that it is just as useful, if not more for those of us comfortable with teaching. It is a wonderful reminder of the basics, how sequences are built successfully and is just plain fun! I, admittedly, have become addicted to his app! Run, don’t walk!

I am not normally one to write reviews, but this app is seriously a must have for every yoga teacher. As an RYT, this app has saved me tons of time and has been a huge stress reliever. It’s such a great way to keep all of my sequences organized at my fingertips and allows me to design them in an easy and convenient way. You can design so many different sequences with tons of pose options to choose from that keep me creative and keep my classes dynamic. One thing I love is that I can print out my sequence and there’s space on both sides to take notes. Overall, this app is designed beautifully and i have recommended it to all the teachers I know!
