Doesn’t work
Installed app. Followed web site instructions on setting up a mobile password but it doesn’t work. It would help if when launching an app, it would work. Setting up an account should be basic and tested and tried before launching this app.
Useless
Can't even log in. Works on their website but not on this app. Same company that was giving answers as clues when you couldn't remember your password.
PBA Mobile
Downloaded this app so I could view info about FSA as needed. It was fine until it suddenly would not take my password. Cannot reset even after deleting app and reloading. Asked for help and even the instructions I was given do not work. The app will not even go back to the previous screen. I deleted app and will just have to view on my PC. Tired of trying to get it fixed.
