Running plans made adaptable and convenient
Great app that really adapts to your individual running goals and lifestyle.
Almost there
App adjusts to your performance on each workout. Really neat. Need to have some way to communicate if you have an injury that you need time off for outside of just skipping the workout.

The app is great and the running program is so customized! My one complaint would be that sometimes the integration with Strava is a bit delayed, it doesn’t always sync right away so I mark my run as completed and then I check back a few hours later and it synced and therefore looks like I ran twice. Otherwise, I am loving the app!
Needs some work
I like the concept, but the app still has a lot of kinks to work through!
App doesn’t work
I haven’t been able to login for well over a week. I contacted support multiple times, and they got back to me once to ask if it was still happening. Yes, it is still happening. The app tries to load for several minutes before timing out. I’ve tried redownloading the app and resetting my password, but neither work. Unhappy with the app and the customer service.
Good potential
I really want this app to work for me, and I’ll definitely stick with it for a few months to see, but what I really need is the ability to swap workouts around in a week. I’m worried that it will effect my program too much when I do a workout on a rest day and then a rest on a workout day because of personal schedule needs. There’s no way to swap this around or link previously done workouts to future days. Hoping this is something that can be added in the future!
Deleted my training plan
App erased my training plan. After using the app for a week , when I tried to open the app, it said I’ve been gone a while and had to redo my training plan. Frustrating as I’ve lost confidence this will happen again.
