P1neapp allows me to visually see what I have created and share it with my friends. I use this app to keep myself motivated to make my health and wellness a priority. Even if I only have ten minutes or less to get some movement in, I know I will create something awesome to be proud of! I love that I can use p1neapp for just about any type of movement; walking, running, hiking, biking, swimming, lifting, horse riding, cleaning house, playing tag… it’s so versatile!! P1neapp creates the opportunity to feel accomplished, even with the smallest task/movement, and yet relieves any competitive pressure I feel to always go my hardest. I think I’ll keep this app around!!
