Impossible to negotiate app

Too bad because content is excellent and help is very much needed by those ppl who download it. Don’t spend your money on books until it’s fixed or you will be stuck in book library hell with no way out. Please note I would have not awarded any stars if the crit process allowed it. Irksome!
