I like the great selection of available workouts and the accommodations or alternatives for those who can’t do certain exercises, such as push ups. Now that that I’m in the Over 70 category, I’m looking for routines in the 20 minute range and a little easier on the joints. Thanks, PJ!

Great app! So worth it
I’m 51 and I have been out of shape since I had my son over ten years ago. I started doing PJ on YouTube and then picking random workouts until I did a fitness challenge. After that I was hooked because I felt stronger and had more energy to do housework and just pursue my own hobbies! I highly recommend getting the app and joining because it helps keep me committed to weight training and is so important the older we get for our bones and flexibility! Thanks PJ!!

I love the variety and the programming of the OFF workouts. I can always find something to suit my time constraints or mood. PJ is my absolute fave.
