Very useful

This app helps me relieve stress, increase circulation and minimize discomfort associated with sedentary work. If you spend a lot of your day sitting at a desk, this is the necessity to prevent sitting-related health problems

So far so good

My chiropractor recommended I start yoga to help offset the gradual imbalances. They really put a lot of thought into this app and I'm actually excited to exercise now.

It works exactly as it describes as a great office yoga app. I really like to use it and really get much fun on it. It also brings me much great workout knowledge when using it. I look forward to many new apps like this one. Really helpful. Thanks.

good idea, bad implementation

The stretching tips are ok. But the language seems a bit awkward and the animation... just funny :)
