Dieting is not just about calories but also about the kinds of calories you eat. Our clear easy-to-use interface makes it easy to ensure you are getting the right proportion of macronutrients - carbs, protein and fats to match your diet. The step-by-step setup process will work out your calorie requirements and nutrient ratios based on your diet and weight loss goal. Preset nutrient ratios for many common diets are included as well as support for 5:2 fasting days. New foods can be entered in seconds using our custom keypad which has built-in unit support and the ability to enter simple calculations and fractions. Lookup foods by barcode using OpenFoodFacts, recall recently eaten foods, or search the built-in USDA fresh food database containing thousands of common food items - all from within the food entry screen. Fully supports the Apple Health app. The calories and nutrient values of the foods you eat are synced to the Health app and your daily calorie target is automatically adjusted as your weight changes.
So easy to use!
Absolutely love how simple this is for everyday use!
Nice app BUT
This is a nice app, but does not have a large library of routine foods that are used by everyone. Like can of tomatoes, etc.
Simple and great! Exactly what I needed!
I was looking for a simple app for macro tracking and this is it. It has what I need and no other crap. The UI could get a bit more refined, but I am perfectly happy to pay less than a cup of coffee for an app with no ads, no selling my data, no bloatware, and no premium monthly subscription pricing.
3.0 update with dynamic macros!
Woohoo! Thanks so much for latest 3.0 update with dynamic macros!! Now I can better zero in on good/bad macro meal planning.
Logs food at exact time. User creates food database
App has a small built in database but this app helps the user to add food to the personal data base the first time that food is eaten. That is a good thing. MFP has an inaccurate database.
Don’t
Difficult to use
Bottom Level
This app is a light weight when it comes to rating with the others. Searchable food base is limited. The barcode is someines idea of a do-it-yourself joke. I am the fool who was tricked into paying $2.99 for the app. You have been warned. Dont be a fool. Many apps better.
