Nova Luna Yoga

Nova Luna Yoga and Wellness is a space for our community to share the practice of yoga and to build upon our collective wellbeing. Our dream is to cultivate and nurture a safe container where people feel like they are coming home to themselves.

Our yoga options include classical hatha yoga, warm and unheated vinyasa, gentle yoga, restorative yoga and chair yoga. We also host several signature and specialty classes every week, including yoga/pilates fusion, cardio-yoga kick boxing, Reiki infused Yin, Core N More X-press, and Qigong.

It doesn't matter if you are an early bird, a night owl, or someone who prefers to practice in the middle of the day; we have you covered. We have more than 25 Regular Class offerings each week, taught by a diverse and talented team of certified instructors. All classes are beginner friendly with options for more seasoned practitioners to make their practice more challenging,

Whether you are here for a workout or for the deepening of your practice, we hope you discover we are more than “just a yoga studio.” We are interconnected individuals, who co-create a loving and supportive home where we celebrate each other and allow everyone the grace to show up authentically in service of the true spirit of yoga.
