Nitelink2 application (APP) is designed to be used with the Interactive Anti-Snore Pillow goodnite™ from Nitetronic. Nitelink2 monitors and analyses the sleep time and quality, the snoring time and intensity. The user can determine the effectiveness of goodnite™ on his/her snoring. Great software especially with Nitronic pillow
Entirely satisfied with the software and the Nitronic pillow. They work as described. Has made a big difference in my sleep! Thank you.
Product supposedly works BUT
Product supposedly works but wouldn’t be able to tell since there is no connection with the app. App worked for two days after receiving the pillow and then quit. Still will not connect after a week. I have reloaded the app twice. Still nothing. At this point no idea if the pillow even works so Back It Must Go. Pretty bad customer service as well. Have reached out multiple times and get nothing but short emails with limited help. Really disappointed
Honestly I think this company is dead
Tried to return the product. Got no response to repeated email, phone calls, and social media outreach. Avoid this scam.
Cannot find self test
At least In the latest version I couldn’t find self test function
App works well
I wish the synchronization was faster, otherwise good app. Developers-please note the short form of Wednesday is Wed, not Wen for the daily view.
Don't see any data
No matter what I do I cannot get it to show the data from the pillow. I'm guessing the most recent patch or bug fix created this bug. I wouldn't know because I got my pillow on September 11 and have yet to see data come through. I'll update my rating when I can see data for my pillow.
1 star for latest patch
The product itself works great and the app tracks a lot of interesting information. Unfortunately after the latest patch I have been having a lot of trouble syncing the pillow to the app in order to download the last night's data. Hopefully this will be resolved in the next patch.
