Hope you like CAPTCHAs
I had to complete 5 captchas just during registration. Now that covid restrictions are gone, the requirement for tourists to have to download and register in this buggy app needs to go away. Waste of time.
Horrible UI for tourists
I’m sure it’s great if you are local but the government requires tourists to use it - it’s near impossible to get it to work. It has a ton of bugs and entire sections are not in english. Impossible.
Waste of time
Terrible app, such a waste of time.
Cannot submit form
It’s so bad , there is a monthly form to submit and every time I cannot submit it. I will need to delete and redownload it . Very bad service
Nothing works
I spent an hour filling out different forms on this app, only to press a button and see an error or nothing happen… and this is an entry requirement for visiting Malaysia
What is wrong with this app?
So it’s mandatory to use and app that is broken? I click anywhere and nothing happens. Keeps asking me the same questions over and over. Gives me and error message saying “invalid employer id” Very frustrated with this app as a foreigner who is moving to Malaysia to be with my wife.
App rules says one thing and results another
Base on the fully vaccinated qualification info, I qualified but my status came back not vaccinated. Can’t get help, it’s all auto generated email. How can traveler from other country feel comfortable using the app? Update- tried updating through the helpdesk. Initial ‘not vaccinated’ now ‘partially vaccinated’, birthdate and passport citizenship still not updated. Very frustrating.
