The aim of the app is to inform, support and empower you - every step of the way - with short videos highlighting key points for each stage; interactive exercise videos and self-care tools to help you set and track progress towards your treatment goals. If you have been recommended the myrecovery app, please note that there are two different ways to register - either on the app itself or via an online form. In many cases, you will receive an email with a link to the app and/or a text message with a unique 6-digit pin code to use to register for the app in a few quick steps. In some cases, your surgeon or healthcare team may direct you to an online form where you enter a few relevant details to register for the right app pathway. Once you’ve registered, you will be ready to Log in to the app with your email address and chosen password. myrecovery also integrates with the Apple Health app, enabling us to give you personalised targets and encouragement. I am so pleased with the care and open communication I received from Dr Keyes and his team at Edgerton Hospital. I tried using the app by creating an account from the message I received to set up that my doctor sent and it kept saying error and could not make account I don’t know why. I did the steps right and was pressing continue and it was not letting me continue. Please fix this issue.

The “How to use” tells you what to do but not how to do it. When I click on Exercise Planner it says none recorded. The app says record your exercises but I cannot figure out how to do that! No amount of clicking through the numerous articles gives any explanation of how! I once saw a description of the exercises but they have since disappeared! I have searched repeatedly but they are gone. The Stats are grossly inaccurate—I’ve read and rated every article, viewed every video but Stats says I haven’t. Sometimes an article will suggest reading another article found elsewhere but no amount of clicking turns it up. Links within the app would be most helpful. At this point the only reason to use the app is for exercises but since that part of the app doesn’t work, it’s useless.

I’m a little disappointed just had my gel shot last Friday but was also expecting to get the other knee taken care of since I had told Dr. Sullivan the it was my Primary Physician that had put in for it, also had spoken to Dr. Sullivan if he would submit to my Insurance for 3 shots to be given but no one knew if he had done that or not. So of course some what disappointed in that. I still feel some discomfort in my left knee so I don’t know what’s going on with that being the third day.
