Terrible service and is stealing my money without letting me cancel
This health insurance hasn't paid for anything and it won't pay for anything because nobody accepts it and they do not give me the option to cancel the plan. Scam company has been stealing my money each month. I'd give a 0 star rating if I could
Some health providers listed do not accept colonial
When searching for providers they often tell me that Colonial Health is not accepted, despite showing up in the app as available
Horrible
Horrible never lets you log in have to try to log in multiple times before getting anywhere. Can’t even pay the bill if I can’t log in.
Get what you pay for
The website and app only want to show you what they want to show you. If you call doctors around your area, instead of following this app/websit recommendation, you’d have a better chance of finding an actual doctor. The coverage is great. The app/help is awful. They only show urgent cares in market. It’s easier to call around and ask. The app literally makes me want to crawl out of my own skin. It’s 2024, pls fix it. There’s not reason this app shld be so stressful.

Login Issues
When I try to log in it constantly loops around with “session expired” error, then shuts down. I plug in my info, seems like it’ll work, asks if I want info saved. Seems credible, then the error comes up again “session expired”. Back to login screen to start the cycle once again. I can’t find where to contact the company. It’s very frustrating. This is an ongoing issue. How can this be fixed?
Vaccines
I just went to get my flu and Covid shot. My Covid shot was free and I had to pay $37 for the flu shot. I pay over $400 a month for insurance you would think they would pay for the flu shot. Right now.
