My husband needs an account, but there are no instructions to ‘invite’ him.

Using app, when I go to type in text box it shifts the screen so I can’t see previous messages or conversation. And then if I come back to conversation it has prefilled text in box, then when I go to delete, it shifts the screen again for the keyboard, which moves the conversation out of my view. I cannot provide feedback either within the app, as the same thing happens. I can’t get rid of the keyboard to be able to view the remainder of the screen to press the submit button.
