Has this app been tested on an iPhone 12?
Doesn’t look like it. On a 12 mini, the password field is covered by graphical elements on top of the keyboard. Why is a captcha required for an app? And what’s the point of the faceid option? It still doesn’t work. Why leave it in there? This is what we get after 6 weeks of a broken app? What is happening with this company?
United StatesNeeds some serious QA in various devices
It’s hard to believe this app goes through a QA procedure considering the login process is so terrible. There are times when launching the app results in repeated “not found” pop ups that have to be dismissed. FaceID should make it instantaneous to log in as all other FaceID-enabled apps but this one requires multiple taps and scrolling to enable the option to run the scan for authentication. Why is that?
