i was a lil spectacle but it really is a great app it has helped me and i’ve only been using for a week i feel a bit more flexible and not as tight (no diddy) just gotta stay consistent and dedicated!!!

My husband and I have been using this app to improve our flexibility, eliminate pain, and reduce stress and boy is it working! I have been wanting to improve my flexibility for a while but more importantly my husband is a retired veteran who suffers from an injury that happened during his time serving. He has gone to physical therapy, chiropractors, many doctor’s appointments, and this app has been the most helpful through it all!!! Not only has our flexibility improved but my husband is so loose after doing the daily class that he’s no longer in pain constantly, throughout the day! Incorporating these classes and stretches into your day will improve your flexibility but will also improve your mental health and stress levels !!!
Best mobility app out there

This is the ONE.
Absolutely fundamental, and you don’t understand how important until it starts to be a problem. If I had to pick one workout and it was the only one I was allowed, this is it. Combined with a short HIT workout, this is the way to start every day!
Really works (runner/desk worker)
As someone who runs and works at a desk, this really works. The app is not as flashy or as well designed as competitors. It has occasional janks. But it's good enough, and the quality of the instruction and guidance is the best out there by far. Highly encourage you to try it out - you will quickly feel the difference between the active stretching here vs passive stretching elsewhere.
Mobility significantly improved
As a child I was a gymnast and really learned about my body and how it moves. My best workouts as an adult were in my 40s where I came across a physical therapy based workout program. But I moved away and now in my 60s, even though still active my joints and mobility showed some fatigue. I was really excited when 4 months ago I came across Movement Vault. The paid version is worth every penny. I just completed 111 days of daily workouts right after rolling out of bed in the morning and my body feels great. I can touch the floor when bending forward again, which I wasn’t able to do for my whole adult life I was so tight. My hips are feeling great even after 8-mile hikes and 165 miles of walking a month. And my shoulders are feeling strong and with greater reach when I swim my laps multiple times a week. I was disappointed when I was off the grid for 4 days and couldn’t do MV. But I’m back at it and loving it. Highly recommend. One of the very few apps I use every day. Thank you Dr. Grayson. You have made a huge difference in my life. PS. My daughter is loving the app too!
Great content, but only loads about 50% of the time; update, problem fixed!
Most frustrating app I use. Great content is worthless if the videos will not play. Is there a way to separate downloaded content from steaming content? Update: The team reached out to me, identified a problem with some iPad Pros, and fixed the problem. App is now working great and I have no problem accessing all the great content. Many thanks.
