It says I need to be 13+ but I’m 12 ? Can 12 year olds not have an option to easy access of losing weight and it won’t even let me use anything on the app anymore
With the updates glitches
With updates glitches. Last update lost my parrot, this update lost my winter wonderland scene in environments. Need to fix glitches in the updates. The app works and is fun, but getting coins is difficult since you took away liking activities on feed. So adding up coins takes forever so you can purchase anything and when you lose it very frustrating after an update.
Love It So Much!
I absolutely love this app! It’s fun and reminds me of my younger days when I had a Tamagotchi. I’m eager to feed and make my monster happy but working out. I wish there were more things to “Buy” with the earned coins. Maybe athletic gear, music to play on screen with avatar, more pets, etc. Either way, it’s AWESOME and it makes me HAPPY! 💞

I wish they would get this short fix. They last update it quickly shut off so no one has any clue what percentage they are at. Can you please fix that.
Unhappy User
I loved using my Motions app & I had progressed to level 10. My app started gliching about 3 weeks ago but today, the app froze completely so I tried to delete & reopen. Once I did that, I could not get back in. I asked several users to send me codes but the app will not let me back in. When I try to join the waitlist, the app does not send a code. I am very disappointed because I loved being motivated by my workout group. I am sure all of my progress is lost, I am so very unhappy about the whole situation.
Rude customer service
I had an iPhone 12, and I upgraded to an iPhone 15. when it re-downloaded the motions app and asked for a code, so I emailed customer service for a new code or the code I had . they sent me a four digit number. Obviously the code was asking for an eight digit number they could’ve just said no.
