Meta Nutrition is amazing! I always have such a hard time choosing what I want to eat and spend way too much time looking through recipes.. When you set the foods you like and don’t like it doesn’t consider them into the meals. Not a big deal since they allow you to refresh the meal for that time of day. Nonetheless it is a bit annoying.

This app is great for planning and tracking meals! It makes good recommendations and populates specific nutritional details (macros etc) that would be too annoying for me to track on my own. I also like how easy it is to keep track of water intake and exercise within the same app. Tbh the convenience is worth the money for me. Also the icons are cute! :)
